Sacha Castell-Smith

I started volunteering at the age of 15 with Inspire+ Sports Leadership Academy. Volunteering gave me multiple opportunities including being selected for being part of the steering group where I worked my way up from being a Bronze to Gold Ambassador. I also was able to complete the Sports Leaders level 1 Sport Leadership qualification and I also managed to be a finalist as a Young Sports Volunteer of the Year award.

Sport has always been a passion of mine. I started dancing competitively at a young age and continued this until I was 17. I also took part in athletics as I always enjoyed running and took part in multiple competitions. Now my interest is to start coaching in schools.
