Paige Cheek

I began my career in sports and education as a Swimming Assistant at Bourne Leisure Centre, which led me to develop into a Level 2 Swimming Teacher, I taught for 3 years which fuelled my passion for fitness. As a keen swimmer, runner and gym-goer, I love learning how to improve my technique and challenging myself by setting goals and taking part in races, with my sights set on participating in Hyrox, triathlons and the London Marathon.

I volunteered at St George’s Primary School for around 4 months, helping with their lessons and leading some PE lessons, when I was told about inspire+. I immediately loved what they aim to do, encouraging children to be more active and applied for the CAST team, which I joined in April 2024.
