Sophia Berladyn

I have worked in finance for many years and gained accountancy qualifications along the way. Recently returning to work after maternity leave, I was ready for my next chapter and was lucky enough to secure my role with Inspire+.  Working in the charity is an honour, and it is great seeing the rewarding work the team carry out on a daily basis. 

As Finance & HR Manager, I support and work closely with all departments within the charity.  I am mainly responsible for the charity finances, reporting, payroll processing, and HR.
