We do not share any members information with 3rd parties. All e-mails submitted to our website remain within the inspire+ charity and are not sold, shared or passed on to other parties for marketing purposes. Your personal data is held privately. inspire+ obtain information from individuals solely in connection with the delivery of their programmes. Sports Camp Bookings: 

By completing a booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

That it is your responsibility to let us know if your child has any conditions that may affect them during the camp which we will need to deal with/be aware of.

Your children should not bring valuables, unless absolutely necessary, onto the Olympic Sports Camp. inspire+ will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items and Inspire+ will not be able to look after valuables.

Parents/guardians will bring their children into the venue at the start of the day so that they can sign their child/children in, and then come into the venue at the end of the day to pick up their child/children and sign them out. We will not release your child from the sports camp with anyone else except parents or by themselves unless you specify on your booking form or inform us in person.

Expectations of all participants will be to display the Olympic and Paralympic values which are; friendship, respect, excellence, equality, courage, determination and inspiration. Your child(ren) will be in a happy environment and we will not tolerate any forms of misbehaviour, foul language or bullying. Please be aware that if your child does misbehave then they will be given a warning and miss out of activities. If they continue to misbehave either on the same day or a following day it will result in us contacting yourself to come and collect your child. We expect all children to join in with all activities, any child refusing to participate without valued reason will be sent home from the camp.

If your child/children become ill during the camp or sustain an injury we will contact you and expect you to come and collect them or in the case of a severe sports injury or illness take them to hospital.

Full refunds for booking cancellation due to a reasonable reason are available up to 7 days before the start of the camp. If you have to withdraw your child(ren) within 7 days to the start of the camp then you will only receive a refund if a replacement can be found. If you have paid for your booking by cheque and your cheque is unpaid, any additional costs incurred by the charity will be passed onto you. If you wish to book further places during the camp then places will be charged at the full rate.

CPD Bookings:

By completing a booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

That it is your responsibility to let us know if you, or for group bookings, any of your party are unable to attend the course. Reasonable notice must be given with any cancellation and this can be done by cancelling up to 3 days prior to the start of the course online or by contacting the inspire+ office on 01476 578 137.

Those candidates that do not show or any cancellations without reason within 3 days to the start of the course will be charged a nominal fee of £25 per candidate.

When courses are of a practical nature it is the candidates responsibility to the following:

• To wear suitable clothing and footwear to enable safe learning
• To inform the tutor of any current or previous injuries/ Medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in any physical parts of the course.
• To inform the tutor if at any point they sustain an injury or feel unwell during the course
