Virtual Mass Participation

We are excited to once again be running our annual mass participation event. The only change this year is that it is all virtual!

Join the inspire+ team on Wednesday 15th July 2020 for an exciting half hour workout! The team have worked hard to design their workouts so that there is no equipment needed, which makes it even easier and safer for you to take part.

If you don’t get chance to complete your workout on Wednesday 15th July then don’t worry as the video will be staying on our YouTube channel for everyone to enjoy again and again.
