Creating a Community Hub for Grantham’s Future
For more than 15 years, inspire+ has worked alongside schools, young people and communities across Lincolnshire, helping to create healthier, happier and more active lives.
Through sport, education and wellbeing programmes, we’ve seen first-hand the difference that safe spaces, positive relationships and accessible opportunities can make. We’ve also seen the growing need for places working collaboratively to meet local needs, where communities can come together and young people can access support.
The inspire+ Community Hub is our response to that need.
Located at Dysart Park in Grantham, located near the Men’s Shed, the Community Hub will provide a dedicated space for youth activities, community programmes and wellbeing support. More importantly, it will create opportunities for people of all ages to connect, learn and thrive.
A Place with Purpose
The Community Hub is about creating a place where people can build confidence, develop life skills and access support when they need it.
This new base will expand the charity’s reach and ability to provide personalised support for young people who may benefit from a different learning environment. It will provide a safe, welcoming space where young people can develop confidence, resilience and independence through meaningful activities and trusted relationships.
Alongside this, the Hub will create opportunities for youth activities, life skills development and wellbeing support, helping young people build the foundations they need to thrive both now and in the future.
An Area for the Whole Community
While the Hub will play an important role in supporting young people, its purpose extends far beyond this.
The vision is to create a true community asset that can be used by schools, charities, community groups, uniformed organisations and local partners. By bringing people together under one roof, the Hub will help strengthen existing networks while creating new opportunities for collaboration and shared impact.
Situated in the heart of Dysart Park, the Hub will become part of an already valued community space, offering an accessible and welcoming environment for local residents and organisations alike.

The Community Hub is only possible thanks to the commitment and support of a number of partners who share our belief in the power of community.
From helping shape the vision for the project and providing strategic guidance, to supporting the development of the site and construction process, we are incredibly thankful to South Kesteven District Council, Allison Homes, and MV Kelly for their vital roles in helping turn an ambitious idea into a reality.
