Entry Requirements 

  • Levels 2 & 3: GCSE Maths & English (Grade 2-4+) is preferred, but don’t let it stop you from applying—we look at the person, not just the paper.
  • Level 4: Grade 4+ in Maths & English is essential, plus 6 months of experience working with children.
  • Level 5: Grade 4+ in Maths & English is essential, and you must already be working in a school (12 months+).

Career Prospects: Where can this take you? An apprenticeship is just the beginning. Our graduates move into

  • Full-time School Coaching or TA roles.
  • University degrees in Education or Sports Science.
  • Management roles within community sport.

Full-time, Apprenticeship – Start date: September 2026  – Salary: minimum £8 per hour
