A Night of Inspiration with inspire+

We held our third annual charity Gala Dinner at the wonderful Harlaxton Manor on Thursday 9 October 2025. Sponsored by Allison Homes for the second year running the evening brought together partners, supporters and businesses to recognise and celebrate the impact the charity has had over the last 12 months. The evening also explored how those attending could help inspire+ help children and young people to be healthy, happy and more active, whilst raising vital funds to support our ongoing programmes and initiatives.
Hosted by Professor Sir Jonthan Van-Tam, Patron of inspire+ contributions were made from local children who have been supported by inspire+ and a Q&A with Ed Lowe, Olympic silver track cycling medallist from the Paris Olympics, who was supported by the charity when at school. An inspirational keynote address on leadership was given by one of the leading figures in sport and education, Baroness Sue Campbell.
Vincent Brittain CEO and founder of the charity said ‘The event was a huge success, allowing us to connect with and create new partners and supporters. Having young people at the event informing guests how the charity has supported them was very special. We have already had a number of businesses that have committed to work with the charity which is wonderful and a great legacy of the charity gala dinner.
