Gareth Hart

I am a Strategic Business Partner responsible for strategy and planning for Lincolnshire Community Hospitals Group.

Before working for the NHS, I worked in the education, sports, and leisure industries.  My main roles have been focused on partnership development, programmes, projects, and operational delivery. Still, my passion is strategy, and I like to see effective governance as a core role of a trustee.

Outside of work, I love cycling and motorcycling; both activities usually involve purchasing posh coffee at various eateries around the county. 
I have been a long-term advocate of Inspire +. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of Trust to give opportunities that provide the building blocks for children and young people to flourish.
